Clifton Collins Jr has been a busy man in 2009. This year saw him appear in one way or another in six films already this year with two more on the way before 2010 comes knocking. Most everyone who is a fan of summer movies saw him as Eric Bana’s Romulan henchman in Star Trek or as El Huron in Crank 2: High Voltage. If you’re a cinephile or a fan of smaller fare, you could have caught Collins in Sunshine Cleaning or see him currently in Mike Judge’s Extract.

To be that ever-present in film for a year is impressive enough, but Collins is still adding commercial skills to his repotoire. He has been working with country musician John Black, shooting music videos for Black’s current album “The Soul Of John Black” and is poised to re-appear on a smaller screen in the near future.
